Love this office. Everyone is pleasant. I never have to wait. Dr Scott Zahner is very nice, energenic and knowledgible. He always takes the time to explain things. Highly recommend!
Ive visited this office several times and they have always been polite and helpful. I did notice they do not take kindly to rude or impatient people. Always fit me in due to my tight schedule. Would recommend to anyone.
Very hurried office. Watch out for extra charges on your bill. Billing department was extremely rude, and rushed me off the phone when I was trying to get a better understanding of the fees. Will not be returning.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the treatment results for my laser hair removal, and after 8 visits and over a thousand dollars later, I was informed that there was nothing else that could be done after Sherry failed to deliver the results that were discussed in our initial consultation. After me mentioning to her every visit, that I wasn't seeing results she continued treating me as if I would see results, and kept assuring that I would see them soon. I would never recommend laser hair removal at this office.I'd also like to add that on my last visit, Sherry chose to treat my cheeks, which were never part of the plan. She left me with several burn marks. I'm not sure what she was thinking. To clarify, this is not my Google Account.
i agree 100% with the other reviewer. i found the staff to be rude and dr. scott to be worse. he was hurried and impatient most days but the front staff was the worst. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
